The role requires 5+ years in ecommerce merchandising, strong Excel and CMS/analytics experience, and a collaborative, fast‑paced mindset in a hybrid Denver setup.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience, preferably in apparel/workwear.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reporting automation are required.
• Experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms and analytics tools.

• Own end‑to‑end onsite merchandising strategy across the customer journey.
• Drive revenue, conversion, and AOV by optimizing product assortment and navigation.
• Lead seasonal launches, promotions, and site merchandising execution.
• Analyze site and merchandising performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and automate merchandising reporting and insights for decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and site quality in pricing, inventory, and categorization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, SEO, Tech and Product teams to enhance the digital experience.
