Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Technologist for a 06+ month contract in Hardin, MT. The role is onsite with day shifts and call rotation.

The position requires MT licensure, ASCP certification (or equivalent), and experience across Microbiology and Immunohematology. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered along with standard benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, MLS or related field.
• ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Montana licensure as Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
• Knowledge of routine lab procedures and testing methods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in multiple clinical lab areas, including Microbiology and Immunohematology.
• Familiarity with CLIA, HIPAA, QA and proficiency testing.

• Prepare and process patient specimens according to procedures.
• Operate automated analyzers and laboratory equipment.
• Perform routine and manual testing accurately.
• Evaluate results and flag anything needing review.
