Qualifications

• Education: ASCP certification required for MLS/MLT positions.
• Degrees: MLT requires an Associate degree; MLS requires a Bachelor's degree in MLS/CLS or related.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively perform phlebotomy on-call at neighboring hospital.
• Cover on-call hours to ensure laboratory coverage.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and testing of specimens.
