Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent in related discipline.
• 3+ years of related lab experience.
• Analytical lab skills: weighing, pipetting, scientific method.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and stand 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain test equipment.
• Perform routine medical device particulate testing for quality results.
• Conduct basic analytical lab tasks: reading a meniscus, pipetting, balance use, stir plate.
• Gather and record data, analyze results, and report test results.
• Troubleshoot with broad judgment.
• Create and maintain data files and forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in and outside the plant.
• Identify improvements and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in developing data sheets, equipment/fixtures, and test methods.
• Support CAPA activities and failure analysis.
• Assist with process and product qualification activities.
