Westaff in Alexandria, LA is seeking an experienced Onsite Medical Billing Specialist for a full-time role. Primary duties include submitting and following up on insurance claims, verifying benefits, posting payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate patient billing.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail. This full-time, on-site position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with start times around 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM, and pay roughly $18/hour

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience.
• Knowledge of insurance claims processing, payment posting, and collections.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and medical terminology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related healthcare setting is a plus.
