The ideal applicant holds a Medical Assistant training certificate, CMA/RMA or equivalent, BLS, and 2–5 years MA experience, with comfort in phlebotomy. The role emphasizes patient interaction and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program (certificate or diploma) required.
• Active CMA/RMA or equivalent certification.
• Active BLS certification.
• 2-5 years MA experience; open to new graduates.
• Comfortable with phlebotomy/blood draws.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient exams and clinical procedures.
• Record vital signs, medical history, and patient documentation.
• Perform blood draws/phlebotomy.
• Manage patient flow and maintain clinic efficiency.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Support administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
• Quality control procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of patient interaction.
