Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a MECM Engineer to support a long-term DoD program focused on Navy enterprise endpoint management and MECM/SCCM engineering. You will deploy, maintain, and optimize MECM in a large Windows environment, including OS deployment, patching, and automation.

The role is 100% onsite in Norfolk, VA or Pearl Harbor, HI, requiring Active Secret clearance and experience with PowerShell, IaC, and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance
IAT Level II certification
Hands-on MECM/SCCM design, deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with MECM device collections, OS deployment images, and enterprise deployments
Experience automating MECM and Windows administration using scripting languages
Experience with cloud integrations (Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID) and Windows Update for Business

Responsibilities

Engineer, deploy, maintain MECM environments at enterprise scale
Manage MECM device collections, applications, packages, and task sequences
Support OS deployments, patches, and endpoint configuration management
Develop automated MECM workflows using PowerShell, APIs, Python, Ansible, and IaC
Monitor and optimize MECM infrastructure for performance and reliability
Collaborate with SRE, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enforce DoD requirements
