• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or capital-project experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment debugging, qualification, and capacity-expansion projects.
• Act as mechanical technical lead for initiatives and decisions.
• Develop specs, layouts, and qualification criteria.
• Design modifications to support new products and waste reduction.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for issues.
• Provide oversight of vendors and contractors; review submittals.
