Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Mocksville, NC is seeking a hands-on Materials Planning Manager to lead a diverse buyer/planner team and ensure material availability for production. You will manage stocking, replenishment, and inventory optimization while coordinating across Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to support launches and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPIM preferred.
• Hands-on leadership for buyer/planner teams in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead site material planning to ensure timely material availability.
• Own stocking and replenishment strategy for raw materials.
• Drive inventory optimization and planning accuracy across the site.
• Coach and develop Materials Planning team and ensure effective use of ERP/MRP tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support production and launches.
