Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Material Handler for the Baytown, TX site. You will assist in coordinating material flow, inspecting deliveries for damages, and organizing on-site transfers to meet production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of industrial experience, are team players, and committed to safety and timely execution in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and customer focus on site operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of previous industrial experience.
• Able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with critical deadlines.
• Motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing and able to meet all physical demands of the job.
• Willingness and ability to attend mandatory safety meetings.
• Willingness and ability to work in a team environment with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials within the jobsite, according to production and shipping schedules.
• Examine material delivered to jobsite for damages.
• Arrange on site transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Maintain status and location of materials.
• Must be a team player that makes customer focus and satisfaction a top priority in all business decision making.
