Job summary

B. Braun US Device Manufacturing LLC in Allentown, PA, is seeking an on-site Material Handler to move, store and track materials to meet production schedules. You will verify transactions, support inventory controls, and work with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams to ensure efficiency and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus experience in manufacturing or logistics. The position includes 5S/continuous improvement involvement and weekend/shift flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, material handling, or related environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately complete inventory transactions and maintain detailed records.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production areas are supplied with materials, components, and inventory to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Move, stage, replenish, and transport materials between warehouse, stockroom, and production areas with proper inventory controls.
• Receive, verify, and document material transactions using company systems and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or supply issues to appropriate personnel.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliation.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in line with safety policies.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and production support activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Warehouse teams for uninterrupted material flow.
