Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Union Grove, Wisconsin, is seeking a Material Handler for a full-time, on-site role. You will receive, move, and stock materials, operate powered industrial lift trucks, and support cycle counting and inventory accuracy.

The position requires basic data entry, PC/terminal use, attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings and operate safely in a manufacturing environment. Overtime may be required to meet business needs, and stringent safety rules apply.

Qualifications

• Computer skills with PC and terminal use and basic data entry.
• Attention to detail for all transactions and material movement.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, charts, and diagrams.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial lift trucks.
• Unload product from trailers.
• Receive product and move to storage locations.
• Receive product from outside operations and move to the next operation.
• Pull, move, and issue raw material to work orders and move in-process to the next operation.
• Receive finished parts into storage locations.
• Cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Move material through the waste stream of products for disposal or recycling.
• Daily inspection of material handling equipment per checklists.
• Maintain/close baskets and ensure proper location.
• Check tools and equipment for correct operation and report any issues.
• Maintain all records of products including filing.
• Communicate with team members regarding inbound parts/outside processes.
• Lead during Physical Inventory (vacation not allowed).
• Adhere to SOPs and safety rules.
• Overtime as needed.
