Job summary

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Representative to join our onsite team in Towson, MD. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in promotions, customer engagement, and brand awareness with paid training and mentorship.

No prior marketing or sales experience is required. You will support campaigns, represent client brands in person, and participate in events and development sessions planned by the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
