No prior marketing or sales experience is required. You will support campaigns, represent client brands in person, and participate in events and development sessions planned by the team.

Qualifications

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Representative. This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and brand awareness in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for our clients through face-to-face customer interactions. You will help educate customers about products and services, increase brand awareness, and contribute to customer acquisition efforts. No prior marketing or sales experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client marketing and promotional campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.
