Job summary

You will build local pipelines through workforce boards, colleges, events, and onsite hiring, source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and Kelly's ATS, and screen for skills, reliability, safety, and fit. Onsite five days a week with some travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally manufacturing or technical hourly hiring.
• Track record of meeting weekly interview, submission, and start goals.
• Experience with community-based recruiting and virtual sourcing.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with partners and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting for a new manufacturing site in Taylor, TX.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and Kelly ATS.
• Screen candidates for skills, reliability, safety awareness, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake meetings, interview scheduling, and feedback.
