Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Manufacturing Process Specialist for an onsite 6-month contract in Auburn Hills, MI. You will oversee die making, construction and stamping processes, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adherence to global standards.

Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and data management focus are essential. The role requires 2–4 years in a managerial field, a 4-year degree, and the ability to work with multiple vendors to meet schedules.

Qualifications

Must have Die Making, Die Construction, Metal Stamping, and Project Coordination skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with customers, colleagues and vendors.
Able to solve problems and manage daily issues while reviewing timing with vendors.

Responsibilities

Review gravity simulations for new parts to ensure first-time dimensional quality.
Review die designs and 3D processes to meet Global Standards.
Monitor pattern and casting processes to meet program timing.
Supervise/manage 3D machining and construction of all dies.
Ensure machining meets Global Standards and audit die construction tracking.
Review die components to meet required standards and milestones.
Attend supplier meetings and review tooling timing/design/progress.
Classify parts by stamping process type and manage simulation reporting.
Maintain and update the buy stamping parts tracking file.
Demonstrate excellent Excel and Word skills in daily tasks.
