Job summary

Alleare Consulting, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manual QA Analyst with 1+ year of experience to join our on-site for a global client located in Memphis. You will design and execute test strategies across the software development lifecycle, including functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

You will collaborate with Product, Development, Deployment, and Support teams to identify quality risks and champion release readiness, while continually improving test coverage

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional manual QA testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience in API testing and log/payload analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test strategies across software quality.
• Participate in requirements reviews, test planning, estimation, release validation, and production support.
• Design and execute risk-based functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Document test results and investigate defects using logs and payloads.
• Communicate quality risks to Product, Development, Deployment, and Support teams.
• Continuously improve test coverage, automation frameworks, and processes.
• Independently prioritize work and provide release-readiness recommendations.
