One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looking to add a dedicated Manual Quality Assurance Analyst to their team. The Manual Quality Assurance Analyst will be a team player and have a passion for developing test scenarios and test scripts. The Manual Quality Assurance Analyst will also collaborate with a team of talented professionals to identify, log, and review defects.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $44 - $48 / hr. W2

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
