Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Auburn, AL is seeking Maintenance Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role repairs and maintains machinery, installs parts, performs PMs, troubleshoots, and uses power tools, with cross-training in mechanical and electrical trades.

Responsibilities include maintaining production equipment and facility maintenance, documenting histories, and following safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The position is fully onsite.

Qualifications

• Post high school with emphasis on industrial trades, mechanical and electrical.
• 3 years as industrial mechanical / electrical maintenance.
• Lift equipment and analytical test equipment experience.
• Precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures.
• Computers - CNC and PLC.
• High school math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production machinery throughout the facility.
• Perform facility (structural) maintenance and repairs.
• Execute and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records - equipment history, PM schedules, downtime logs.
• Provide reports as required by management.
• Comply with safety procedures (lock out/tag out, fall prevention, lift safety, confined space).
• Maintain housekeeping and attend regularly.
