Pitney Bowes is hiring for a Full-Time Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee at our Brown Deer, WI facility.

Shift: 2nd shift, Saturday – Friday, 4pm – 12am (midnight)

Base Rate: $24.00/hr + $2.00/hr for 2nd shift

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Mechanical and electronic repairs of equipment, including printers and mail sorting machines.
• Performing preventative maintenance per Mail Preparation TQM standards and vendor guidelines.
• Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
• Managing inventory, work orders, and spare parts.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment efficiently.
• Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications for Trainee:

• At least one year of mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows PC environment related to automated equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 80% of the shift.
