Job summary

Olen Living in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our Quantum Lake Villas community in top condition. The role covers apartment and common area maintenance, unit turnovers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and responsive service to residents.

You will join a team that values teamwork, reliability, and quality workmanship, and you must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and have your own hand tools. A valid Florida driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience or training.
• Strong customer service and ability to work with residents and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Valid driver's license for Florida.
• Must provide own hand tools unless supplied by the property.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to respond to emergency calls after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and air conditioning repairs.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and turnover.
• Participate in community maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance and groundskeeping.
