Job summary

Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities & Equipment team. You will conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment, perform repairs and scheduling of maintenance, and travel between local locations as needed in a shop/indoor setting.

Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing background, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic

• Ability to prioritize many tasks and initiatives.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment
• Performing prescribed preventative maintenance for facilities and equipment
• Performing basic repairs of facilities and equipment as necessary
• Coordinating contractors when repairs are beyond the capabilities of in‑house service
• Being an onsite liaison for large projects on an as‑needed basis
• Other duties as assigned by the Facilities and Equipment Manager
