The ideal candidate will manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with safety standards and improving equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in chemical, agricultural, or manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations across mechanical, process, and utility systems.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Direct troubleshooting and repair of pumps and associated systems.
