You will oversee daily maintenance, supervise staff, and coordinate vendors to maintain safety, comfort, and appearance for residents and visitors. This fully onsite, full-time role offers a private apartment with utilities included, a competitive salary around $80,000, and a total package valued at about $110,000 annually due to housing value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or residential property operations.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising staff or contractors, and managing vendors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; customer-service oriented.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to reside onsite in provided apartment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep of common areas and building systems.
• Perform hands-on repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and pool/spa systems as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors, obtain bids, monitor quality and schedules.
• Manage work orders, emergencies, and maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and provide regular updates to property leadership.
