• Designs, tests, and magnetic components (transformers, inductors, cores, windings).
• Communicates directly with customers to develop product specifications and provide technical assistance.
• Makes technical presentations for customers, reps, and the sales organization.
• Supports product manufacturing transition and product maintenance at offshore manufacturing locations.
• Uses experience to troubleshoot and resolve process and test issues.
• Data analysis and prioritization of work to meet deadlines.
