Job summary

Neogen Corporation operates machinery in a clean environment used in the food safety industry, following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and accuracy. The role involves training on first shift before moving to second shift, with a Monday–Thursday night schedule and a start on 6am–4:30pm for three months.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum tenure of 1 year in Machine Operator I before promotion to Machine Operator II.

Responsibilities

• Uses automated equipment to manufacture, assemble, or move parts/kits/products.
• Inspects parts/kits/products to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains equipment and facilities; ensures ISO, GMP, GDP guidelines are followed.
• Performs tasks according to SMP or SOP; participates in product/process improvements.
