Responsibilities

• Unbox, rack, cabling, and inventory 100+ Mac test devices daily.
• Set up hardware, perform regular software updates, and prepare devices for automated testing frameworks.
• Maintain lab equipment and infrastructure and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Document test processes and ensure proper labeling and tracking of peripherals.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide requested data and regression results.
• On-site coordination across lab spaces, with adherence to safety and deadlines.
