This 100% onsite role in Camden, NJ, coordinates freight, manages carriers, and supports export operations to ensure materials move efficiently through the network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, or related operations.
• Strong negotiation skills with carriers and vendors.
• Ability to make sound decisions in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight movements to support operations.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and transportation solutions with providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation partners and ensure service performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material movements across facilities.
• Support yard managers and operations teams with inventory strategies.
• Review export documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for transportation issues and resolve disruptions.
• Source and onboard transportation providers as needed.
• Support dispatch activities and provide coverage during peak periods.
• Analyze transport data to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to meet customer commitments.
• Participate in process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels.
