Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Forest City, IA seeks a Logistics Scheduler to coordinate production schedules and manage daily workload in an onsite setting. This role supports the operations and supply chain teams and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Position is a 12-month W2 contract with potential to extend or convert, with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, and employment is 100% onsite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed prior to start date.
• Between 1 and 2 years of related job experience in logistics or production scheduling.
• Proficiency in coordinating schedules, collecting reports, and placing supply orders.
• Effective communication skills, short-term planning, and basic mathematical abilities.
• Ability to work on assignments of standardized difficulty with an intermediate level of proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs and ensure work order requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in controlling inventory and processing orders with accurate scheduling data and special instructions.
• Coordinate daily workload with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders and demand requirements.
• Deliver daily plans and orders to relevant personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational efficiency.
