Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an entry-level Onsite Material Handler I in El Paso, TX to support site logistics and material handling for a construction project. You will receive shipments, manage tools and materials, and ensure items are placed at the point of install according to responsibilities.

Great growth potential within the logistics team. Work is in a dynamic environment with hours from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with possible nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials, assemblies, and tools efficiently and timely.
• Organize cages, Connex, laydown areas.
• Participate in ORM and other safety functions.
• Help maintain accurate site inventory.
• Keep jobsite clean and organized.
• Learn FTI culture and processes.
• Complete online and hands-on training to get certified.
• Learn and use proper spotting techniques to move materials onsite.
• Follow workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This position will ensure all materials and tools are placed at the point of install for the assigned construction project in alignment with all assigned responsibilities. This is an entry level position with our logistics team that has great potential for growth and development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education - HS Diploma or GED
• Experience - 0-2 years of related experience
• Travel: up to 100%
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Materials, assemblies, and tools in an efficient and timely manner
• Organize cages, Connex, laydown , etc.
• Participate in ORM and other safety functions
• Help maintain accurate site inventory
• Cleans and maintains jobsite
• Learn the FTI culture and processes
• Develop operating skills by completing online training and hands on training to get certified.
• Practicing when applicable.
• Learn and use proper spotting techniques to assist with material moves onsite.Consistently follows workplace safety procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
