Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in El Paso, TX, is seeking an entry-level Onsite Material Handler I to support site logistics, receive shipments, and manage tools, assemblies and materials at the point of install on a busy construction project.

This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities within a dynamic logistics team, and a schedule that may include extended hours to meet customer demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Travel up to 100% and work schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials, assemblies and tools in a timely manner.
• Organize cages, Connex, laydown areas, etc.
• Participate in ORM and other safety functions.
• Help maintain accurate site inventory.
• Clean and maintain the jobsite.
• Learn FTI culture and processes.
• Complete online and hands-on training to gain certification.
• Follow safety procedures; perform duties as assigned.

This position will ensure all materials and tools are placed at the point of install for the assigned construction project in alignment with all assigned responsibilities. This is an entry level position with our logistics team that has great potential for growth and development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education - HS Diploma or GED
• Experience - 0-2 years of related experience
• Travel: up to 100%
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Materials, assemblies, and tools in an efficient and timely manner
• Organize cages, Connex, laydown , etc.
• Participate in ORM and other safety functions
• Help maintain accurate site inventory
• Cleans and maintains jobsite
• Learn the FTI culture and processes
• Develop operating skills by completing online training and hands on training to get certified.
• Practicing when applicable.
• Learn and use proper spotting techniques to assist with material moves onsite.Consistently follows workplace safety procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
