Job summary

The Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in North Canton, OH to schedule and track customer shipments, and to oversee fleet and safety programs. This on-site role operates Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

You will coordinate orders, manage relationships with suppliers and carriers, resolve shipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining necessary records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business-related field or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in multi-compartment tanker transportation is optional.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, prioritizes, and manages customer orders & shipments
• Overseeing relationship with supplier, wash, repair, NPPC facilities, carrier, and render facilities
• Initiates actions to resolve supply chain issues impacting shipments to customers
• Ensures deliveries and customer equipment comply with safety/regulatory requirements
• Record and maintain files and records requested by customer
