Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Cleveland is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our 1st shift. This onsite role coordinates inbound/outbound freight, tracks shipments, and supports on-time delivery performance to ensure materials move efficiently through the supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with carriers, LTL, parcel, and truckload shipments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Schedule transportation with carriers and freight providers.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or potential disruptions.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation records.
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, export documents, and carrier paperwork as required.
• Work closely with production, planning, purchasing, and customer service teams to support customer delivery requirements.
