You will coordinate shipments, schedule pickups with carriers, track status, prepare shipping documents, and work with drivers, warehouse staff, customers, and vendors. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in logistics or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Familiar with computers, email, spreadsheets, and data-entry systems.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation with carriers and drivers.
• Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, customers, and vendors.
• Verify shipment details, quantities, addresses, and delivery requirements.
• Assist with resolving shipping delays, damaged shipments, and delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time.
• Monitor transportation schedules and adjust plans when necessary.
• Assist with freight paperwork, bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Enter and update information in company systems accurately.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
