This role involves supporting sales and customer service teams with technical needs, creating submittal drawings, and performing lighting calculations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and ideally 2+ years of experience in the lighting or architectural industry. The position requires travel of 10%-20% for product training and offers a competitive salary between 70-85k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the lighting or architectural industry is preferred.
• Ability to read lighting layouts and engineering drawings.
• Experience with photometry and lighting calculations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales, Quotes, and Customer Service teams with technical questions.
• Perform lighting point calculations to validate customer designs.
• Prepare accurate material count estimates for commercial bids.
• Provide project updates to customers and stakeholders.
