Responsibilities

• Write, modify, and review complex program code for instructional and academic systems.
• Provide technical oversight for coding standards, testing, and security reviews.
• Create detailed specifications to guide program development and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Lead design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation across the software lifecycle for instructional applications.
• Evaluate software products and languages for instructional use and make recommendations.
• Conduct QA reviews and guide other staff as needed.
• Act as technical lead for instructional projects, translating academic needs into deliverables.
• Serve as primary technical contact for instructional apps, coordinating with vendors and university IT teams.
