Job summary

TSMC Arizona invites a seasoned compensation professional to join our 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix as Principal Compensation Analyst. You will lead complex pay programs, benchmark against industry standards, and govern compensation design with partners across Corporate, HR, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include data-driven recommendations, advanced modeling, and ensuring audit readiness while scaling compensation structures to support rapid growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience including design, benchmarking, survey participation, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and audit frameworks.
• Advanced Excel for data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compensation analyses including market pricing, incentive design, job leveling, pay equity review, and cost modeling.
• Develop advanced Excel models to evaluate program designs, financial impact, and implementation scenarios.
• Conduct annual market reviews and benchmark assessments using industry surveys.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations aligned to organizational strategy.
• Support scaling initiatives through compensation structure design and program enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, audit requirements, and maintain plan documents; manage related SOPs.
