Job summary
STR is seeking a Lead All-Source Analyst and Modeling Engineer to bridge intelligence tradecraft with engineering. The role emphasizes developing tools and workflows to extract insights from large data sets, building system models from diagrams and code, and driving innovative cybersecurity solutions onsite at STR offices and client locations.

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph or willingness to obtain
- U.S. citizenship is required
- 8+ years of relevant experience in intelligence/engineering
- Experience with all-source intelligence tools and databases
- Strong modeling, software development, and reverse engineering skills
Responsibilities
- Develop tools and automated workflows to process large datasets for modeling and intelligence
- Create system models from circuit diagrams, schematics, source code, and signal processing algorithms
- Leverage intelligence databases and analytic tools to support technical collection and threat modeling
- Create custom query logic and scripts to extract, correlate, and analyze data across databases
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams to tackle challenging cyber problems
- Apply tradecraft to technical problems and document findings for leadership
