Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of lab experience, attention to detail, and a hands-on, self-starter attitude. Experience with pilot/production equipment and safe chemical handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments on industrial products following established protocols.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate equipment used to prepare and test abrasive samples.
• Prepare and characterize samples and resins using prescribed formulations and test methods.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; ensure results are reliable and actionable.
• Document and report test results clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
