Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a Trainee Laboratory Technician for an onsite contract role in Windsor, CO. The successful candidate will perform QA testing, prepare lab reports, and support additive selection and fluid design while maintaining equipment and adhering to HSE policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–3 years of experience, with basic MS Office skills. Lifting and safety training are required, and candidates must be local to the Windsor area.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office 365 skills.
• Ability to navigate File Explorer and general computer systems.
• Strong willingness to learn and assist across multiple functions.
• Ability to meet the physical and lifting requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient PSD services and perform QA testing on company products.
• Prepare laboratory reports prior to service delivery at the wellsite.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and support quality and HSE initiatives.
• Provide technical support for additive selection and fluid design.
• Collaborate with technical teams, operating locations, product centers and customer support laboratories.
• Wear PPE and follow all HSE policies.
