Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking a Lab Technician in Houston, TX to manufacture, prepare, and package canine training aids in line with safety procedures. You will manage orders, support lab operations, and help maintain compliance with hazardous materials handling. U.S.

citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required. The successful candidate will assist with instrument setups, samples, and data access, while contributing to continuous improvement through after-action assessments

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience with pseudo-narcotics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate commercial grade equipment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, prepare, and package pseudo and real narcotics canine training aids using established procedures.
• Prepare samples, set up instrumentation, and access analytical data.
• Document process improvements and support after-action assessments with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hazardous materials handling, and SOPs.
