Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing in Manassas, VA, is seeking an organized Assistant Production Manager early in their career to join our residential remodeling and insurance restoration team. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to project coordination in a structured environment.

You will work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager, handle homeowner communications, scheduling, vendors, and site visits, and grow into a capable project professional in a fast-paced construction setting.

Qualifications

• Early-career professional interested in developing project management and business operations experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with AccuLynx or similar project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train alongside an experienced Senior Project Manager to learn project management processes, terminology, and procedures
• Assist with managing residential remodeling and insurance restoration projects from production handoff through completion
• Serve as a point of contact for homeowners and provide proactive, professional project updates
• Coordinate project schedules, material orders, suppliers, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and other project requirements
• Review project information and ensure necessary documentation, selections, measurements, and materials are accurate
• Monitor active projects and help identify scheduling, material, customer, or subcontractor issues before they cause delays
• Maintain accurate project notes, documentation, invoices, and status updates within AccuLynx
• Assist with warranty, service, and project closeout requirements
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns while escalating larger issues appropriately
• Participate in occasional visits to customer homes or active project sites
• Assist with additional production and administrative responsibilities as needed
