Job summary
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Junior Endpoint Systems Analyst to support a long-term DoD program focused on enterprise endpoint management and service delivery. This onsite role at Pearl Harbor, HI involves deployment, validation, and troubleshooting across Windows workstations using MECM/SCCM and related tools.
Responsibilities include monitoring deployments, diagnosing failures, coordinating remediation with technical teams, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise Windows deployments and patch management.
- Ability to analyze deployment data, logs, and client health information.
- Strong documentation and clear communication of issues and status.
- Experience in DoD environments or with DoD security requirements is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor enterprise software deployment using MECM/SCCM.
- Monitor deployment results and identify non-compliant workstations.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and client-health issues.
- Analyze logs and health data to determine remediation steps.
- Coordinate remediation with engineering, Service Desk, and Field Services.
- Provide onsite support in Pearl Harbor and classified environments as required.
