Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase requisitions for pricing and lead time with approved suppliers.
• Process POs from approved quotes for MRO tooling and inventory items.
• Manage suppliers and parts for Corrugated and Hardware VMI.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and adjust delivery dates.
• Maintain on-time delivery by monitoring PO status and change requests.
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoice discrepancies.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain departmental communications and data files.
• Participate in weekly quality review meetings for nonconforming material disposition.
• Support materials and production teams to meet goals (LEX DFFR).
• Research obsolete parts and coordinate BOM updates with Engineering.
• Coordinate with Operations for expedited requests and delivery ETAs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within tight thresholds.
• Perform additional duties and overtime as required.
• Follow ISO 9001 and AS9100 practices.
