Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. requires a Junior BI Developer for an onsite, Alpharetta, GA contract of 12+ months. The role focuses on data warehouse architecture, Power BI dashboards, and SQL-based data pipelines to enable reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7+ years in data engineering, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with cloud data warehouse technologies. Onsite work with benefits and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehouse development, or related role.
• Strong expertise in SQL including window functions and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Data Warehouse Architecture & Engineering to support reporting and analytics.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions and pipelines.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL/ELT processes.
• Implement data quality checks and performance tuning for large datasets.
• Collaborate with BI/analytics teams to meet reporting and SLA requirements.
• Support AI/ML workflows by designing features and pipelines from warehouse data.
• Work with data engineers, analysts, and SMEs to understand data sources and business logic.
