Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work onsite in Edison, NJ five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
• Assist with journal entries, expense reports, and vendor/customer communications.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules as needed.
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
