Job summary

Global Impact Group LLC is seeking a skilled Japanese Interpreter to provide interpretation services during pharmaceutical audits and inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Japanese and English, with at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include real-time interpretation, document reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This contract position offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of interpretation experience, preferably in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven experience interpreting for FDA, PMDA, or other international regulatory agency inspections.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during pharmaceutical site audits.
• Accurately interpret complex technical, scientific, and regulatory terminology.
• Ensure clarity and cultural accuracy between stakeholders and regulatory inspectors.
