Job summary

Path Forward IT is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer I to provide hands-on technical support directly at client sites in Evansville, IN. Responsibilities include ticketing, documentation, and SLA management, with emphasis on in-person troubleshooting and customer interaction.

The role requires basic AD/Windows/Networking proficiency, on-site presence, and collaboration with vendors to resolve outages. Join a team dedicated to healthcare IT excellence within the Blue Alliance network.

Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite and remote IT support.
• Familiarity with SLA monitoring and ticketing processes.
• Able to work 100% onsite at client locations in Evansville, IN.

Responsibilities

• Document all activities, projects, and tickets daily in the ticketing system.
• Handoff and document in-progress tickets before the end of each shift.
• Monitor the ticket gateway and designated queues.
• Escalate issues as documented in IT Glue.
• Create or update IT Glue articles with new customer findings.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve outage issues.
• Build client rapport during onsite assignments and troubleshooting.
• Work 100% onsite at client locations as required.
