Job summary

Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Staff IT Services Support to provide on-site IT admin and Tier 1 support at USFF Norfolk, VA. The role supports NMCI (NGEN), network and AV/telecom tasks, and coordination with ISSOs to maintain staff IT services.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in NMCI (NGEN) environments, Tier 1 experience, and an active Secret clearance with CompTIA Security+ certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in NMCI (NGEN) environment with NMCI (NGEN) NET knowledge.
• At least 2 years in Tier 1 or higher customer support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Active secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT administrative and Tier 1 technical support to users on-site.
• Serve as liaison between Headquarters staff and NMCI (NGEN) management.
• Validate NMCI (NGEN) equipment inventories and services with Staff ISSOs.
• Process MAC requests, CLINs, and Task Order Modifications as needed.
• Coordinate NMCI (NGEN) equipment refreshes and related planning.
• Support NMCI (NGEN) network upgrades with NMCI leads and staff ISSOs.
• Maintain accurate VIP inventory listings and monthly reports.
• Resolve staff issues with NMCI (NGEN) Help Desk and other teams.
• Provide CPR support as required and manage office phone services.
