Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for an onsite role in Breiningsville, PA and Northeast, MD. This is a full-time contract (W2) lasting 6+ months. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inventory and/or QA experience and can conduct inspections, document discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements.

The pay range is $35–$40 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), HSA/FSA, life and disability coverage, and more. This is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory and/or quality assurance experience.
• Familiarity with conducting inspections and documenting discrepancies.
• Attention to detail and ability to report findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of customer orders, scanning and verifying items on pallets before stowing.
• Document discrepancies with photo evidence, designate variance types, and complete detailed post-inspection reporting.
• Identify and provide insights to support process improvements, operational excellence and efficiency.
